Technical Mediation Mastery — risk analysis
31 January 2007Geoff Sharp from the Mediator Blah Blah blog, posted some great resources for using Risk Analysis in Mediation.
In litigated cases, I do use risk analysis in mediation and you probably do too. We often sell risk in mediation, appealing to a rational decision maker (particularly in business type cases not involving relational issues).
Worth a read.
