February BOOK CLUB… and what’s coming next month
26 February 2007I realize that February is almost over… we won’t be having an author interview this month, but I thought I’d share with you all what I’m reading:
Crucial Confrontations: tools for resolving broken promises, violated expectations and bad behavior, by Patterson, Grenny, McMillan et al.
This is a follow up book to Crucial Conversations by the same authors which I had read last year and found quite useful.
The authors have studied highly effective people for over 25 years and put together their years of case study experience into their works. These books will help you in your conflict resolution practice. I haven’t finished Crucial Confrontations yet, but aim to by the end of the month.
